Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers stunning views over the lush green acres and the tranquil lakes on the grounds. The rooms are equipped with very comfy beds and boast excellent views. However, some areas lack adequate lighting at night. The service is top-notch with attentive and pleasant staff, although there were instances of substandard service. The location is set in lovely gardens but might need improvement in certain areas. The dining experience includes European cuisine but some details like plate temperature may need attention. The facilities are well-maintained but with room for enhancement. Wi-Fi is available for a separate fee.
The hotel offers a variety of room options, from those with excellent views over the lakes in the grounds to rooms in the old kitchen and the main house with great views. The access to a lantern-roofed covered terrace is a nice touch.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms had wonderful views from our double aspect suite, the bed was super comfortable, and we had access to a lantern-roofed covered terrace with views looking out over the front green acres. The staff had their ups and downs, but a particular member stood out, making our experience special. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens, although getting a taxi was a bit of a challenge. The dining experience had its charm with home-made muffins but was served on cold plates. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
